1 pound sea bass fillet; cut into portions
1/4 teaspoon butter
1/2 cup Angkor Tamarind Dipping Sauce

Crispy pan fried sea bass with tamarind sauce and fresh moringa leaf garnish
Ingredients
Heat a small amount of oil in a large nonstick pan over high heat
Lightly season the fish with fine salt and sear
Once the fish is golden turn and cook the other side
Add a dab of butter to each side of the crispy fillet
Remove from pan and place fillets on paper towel to absorb excess oil
Place each fillet on a plate with tamarind sauce right before serving
